Valentin Kalantai is originally from Belarus and is a wrestling coach at Cavan Wrestling Club. He wrestled in his own country from an early age and competed in many events including the Belarus National Junior Championships. Working closely with the Irish Amateur Wrestling Association, Valentin is a Wrestling Tutor for the IAWA affiliated to Coaching Ireland.
